The Summer Glen Estates Owners Association is managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" are $175.00 per home, per month. All homes pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month, at which time a $20.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. All homes have 2 car attached garages and driveways of varying sizes. Exterior parking is also provided for visitors. Board Meetings are normally held on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month at 4:00 PM at the Sun Hills Fire Station at 15000 Sun Hills Road. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
